no, all the same, for the same year. You basically have the following possible configs

1. No nav, no auto climate
2. No nav, auto climate
3. Nav, no auto climate (does it even exists...)
4. Nav, auto climate

 

and with/without fog lights (front and or rear). But that does not change the layout. Just adding / deleting swithes in the lower bank

I sat in my friend's '12 S Coupe the other day and everything except for the disk drive was different. The AC control and switches below were all the same thing. I wouldn't be surprised if they were direct replacements. Just pull out your disk drive and have it painted gloss jet black to match the rest.
