Well at least I paid my initiation fees:-)

I got a new Oxford green all4. I have been looking for almost a year and found a nearly perfect spec at st louis minin.

On the way home I got a warning message to the effect of " reduced power. Ok to proceed but take it to service right away." After waiting for roadside assist for over an hour I restarted the car and the message was gone. I then called back and cancelled the tow but it was not a good experience in the first hour of ownership. The reaming 80 miles home were uneventful.

I am sure I will have a million stupid questions.

the error message could be a number of things. I had that problem from 2 bad spark plugs. Others have had thermostat issues. There is a recall on the water pump, but doubtful its that.

Best bet is to take it to the dealer, they errors are stored in your key fob.

 

Welcome, and sorry your first drive was not total bliss. For what it's worth, my CM has been flawless after 5 months and 7,500 miles, so hopefully it was just a one time glitch.
