Does any one know much about this mod. Is this a good mod? Is this a hose within the engine that is an easy DIY?

Am thinking of gettting it but trying to understand the benefits.

 

It is pretty easy to replace. But I use the NM discharge pipe as it can be adjusted easier since the ends move on the hard pipe.
The biggest thing we notice is a slight improvement in throttle response due the the air moving a little faster without the baffling.
