Any one throwing emission codes

Have a 2012 Cab S and just threw an emission code. Took it to the dealer and they could not find any reason and reset. Was wondering how common this might be.

My other car at 250 miles did gave a emission code, took it to the dealer. He signed it off as gas cap. I had not even put gas in it yet. Well 1300 later now and no more light.
Go figure.
