Blew my KW V2 coilovers // oil leaking

So i found a small puddle of oil in my front right wheel area where i park my car.

I brought it to my shop and found out that my front right KW V2 coilover was leaking oil.

I remember now hearing clunking sounds when i would hit a bump in the road... now i know what it is...

Performance wise i didn't really notice a huge deterioration but i guess the oil is leaking slowly?

Anyone had this happen before? I assume that this will be covered under KW's lifetime warranty?

the KWs are covered under a lifetime warranty - I'm sure they will take into account the mileage on the strut, etc

Yes the KW's have a lifetime warranty. But if it's on the pass front wheel make sure it's not a failed motor mount that leaked the oil.
