List the options or give us a link and we'll be able to tell you what we think is a good price. It's a little hard with no information on the car.

Does it have the aero kit? $22-25k depending on the options/condition/mileage seems to be the current market. The pros are obviously everything over what the S has to offer -- brakes, block, pistons, bigger turbo, exhaust, suspension, factory tune, etc. No cons that I can think of other than maybe a harsher-stiffer ride and the Brembo's squeal a little, particularly when dirty.

There is a noticeable improvement in the JCW, love mine over the standard S my wife has, both are great, options will determine the actual cost... Anything under $25k is a good deal if the car has many options to justify that, if no Nav/ Cold pkg/ add them up and see if you have a good deal, they are rare with many options tho, make sure the mileage is low, definitely under 40k miles. You won't regret it!!!!

I bought my '09 last week for $21.5K with 34K miles in great condition. For options it has......

Cold weather package
Premium package
Sport suspension
Alarm
Chrome-line interior/exterior
Dark gray color line interior
Auto dimming mirror
Rain sensor/auto headlights
Xenon headlights
HiFi
Blutooth/iPod adapter
White turn signal lights.

That's everything so you can compare. The sticker for the car was $34.8k. I live in northern Ohio if that matters.

BTW.....I'm glad I made the leap to a Mini and VERY glad it's a JCW.

I got an 09 JCW with 3200mi about a month ago and paid $23k. I might have gotten a better deal but I had a trade. It is light on the options, but that's how I wanted. It has xenon lights and that's about it. However the original owner who collected exotics had put eibach remote reservoir coilovers with Eneki wheels and R888 tires and front and rear braces.

My car is still for sale to the right buyer. I'm asking $22,500 with the new wheels I just put on it last week (seen in the last post of the thread). Lots of aesthetic mods. 28,000 miles. I'm the 2nd owner.
