It's a good day fellow Countryman....

Hello everyone!

I just got home with Fenway. Wow, what a cool car. Now I just need to read the manual and enjoy. It was worth the wait so hang in there to those still waiting

Nice, I have an all gray All4. She's fun, little underpowered but perfect for the city

Looking good!!! Him and Rupert are Samers!!! Love it!!
(even if a little pale Sealy I couldn't have a car with more of a tan than me )

How do you like the seats? I didn't realize there was such a difference between the real leather and the "fleather" haha! I mean I like mine, but I wonder if I should have upgraded... Tinting him tomorrow then to find time for the mud flap installation.

I have at least 4 weeks to wait , I ordered the all4 white ,black top sunroof all the packages
A few extra things polar beige leather bench seats automatic trans chrome trim everywhere the 18 in wheels
What did I forget , whats the anthracite headliner? Voice command also I know I forgot something ,
Question ,if you had a chance to reorder and change one option what would it be ?
I'am afraid I probably missed something and will be all bummed out

Thanks everyone! Motoring is a blast...of course during the long drive back home there was a brief moment of light rain and then to top it off two highway brushing trucks swirling up a storm of dust...so much for that new car detail I just washed Fenway and it's such a breeze compared to our previous SUV

I'm not sure of the tint grade as it was a surprise gift from my MA along with a nice Mini key fob. Love the black lounge leather- it just makes the interior If I could have added something...maybe home link, adaptive headlights, and maybe auto headlights...I was trying to keep costs down and decided I could live without. The manual is a blast too...no stalls yet I think you just have to get used to it...not that it's that different from any other I've driven.

I love driving Fenway!

Have a great weekend everyone!

Beautiful car!! Congrats and enjoy!

So is homelink part of the nav system or another option? I don't remember seeing it.

Thanks!

Hey agirlnamedroo:

The garage door opener is one of those options that if you get it you have to also get the a few other things (rearview with compass/auto dimming mirror)...so kind of add-ons can make the price of your car go up fast.

Mechanic1: The anthracite headliner is a darker color interior ceiling. It's ok but it I think it makes the interior feel a bit smaller.

I do wish I had the Xenons, but I think a change of bulb will be all I need. I wanted the compass--but it was bundled and garmjoe is right--you can ratchet up the price a lot with details like that. I ended up compromising on add-ons by buying my car already in production with almost everything I wanted except leather. I am not missing it--these are beautifully done "leatherette" and I am someone used to leather seats.

The anthracite headliner was actually one of the options that I missed since my interior is all black (I was initially pretty bummed that I missed it). The thing that bugged me was mainly looking head on from the front of the car to see the beige columns against the light white exterior. However, I agree with you, I think it would've made my interior feel small if I had gotten the anthracite headliner. I now love the interior contrast between the black and the beige and it gives it a little more pop rather than all dark inside. The tint also helps tone the beige down a bit (if that makes any sense). I love it now!
