way around rev hang?

Hey guys! I have a 2007 MCS 2.5" thrush glasspack exhaust, and a CAI. My buddy has a tuning shop that he remapped it at and now im running close to 17 lbs on overboost. Not exactly sure how that worked but there was a noticeable difference when i got it back. Short throws in the mail!!!
Now for the question...
Whats the best way to drop the rpms through the shift? I like everything about my Mini except the rev hang... could taller/stiffer valve springs do it? or a different BOV? I dont want to get too in depth. Its still my everyday driver, its just that test and tune opens this weekend after Gator Nationals and i wanna RUN!!!
Thanks for any help!

Lightweight flywheel will allow revs to both rise and drop faster. For an everyday driver, there are some penalties such as chatter during idle, and you have to pay more attention to your shifts (easier to stall or bog down).
