V2 home depot gutter gaurd bumber vents
I saw another member post a similar mod a little earlier this month, and thought i would also contribute 
for $2 a strip, you can get plastic gutter guard with round holes in it, about nickel /dime sized i guess. one strip will cover half your back bumper with enough left over to do those little corners in the front bumper.
Simply make a template with cardboard, trace onto the gutter guard, cut, and paint! then use double sided outdoor foam tape and apply!
$5 and about an hour of your time!
