That seems like quite the build! I remember you were deciding to go back to a justa. At first I was going to call you crazy but then I remembered the thread.

That'll likely be the nicest justa out there

Wow, over $9k in options

Personally, I'd cut back a bit and get an MCS, but that's just me....

Get xenons! Did I miss them somewhere on that list? That's a must have in my opinion. Personally I'd skip the Connected/Nav/Tech stuff, but that's just me.

As someone put it, I'd rather drive a slow car fast than a fast car slow. : )

WOW! IMHO:
I'm not familiar with the packages, but I wouldn't get a MINI without the sport suspension. (It is too bad they no longer offer a mechanical LSD)

I love my leatherette seats for looks and durability, but I live in the NW.
I'd lose the sunroof if it is in one of the packages. If not, you might want to look into a shade. The car gets HOT with all that glass up top.

But.... Enjoy what you get.

Ditch the Nav, the rectangular screen in the Speedo wrecks the entire design motiv of the dash lay-out.....plus smart phone apps and portable nav systems work great and cost much less.

I totally have to second this! I have a pretty loaded (no nav) Justa and the HID lights are wonderful!

I noticed on your S you have Sirius, but it's not listed on your new build. It's something I would not be without.

How about the Cold Weather Package? You already have the heated seats, and the heated mirrors would be very convenient. It takes quite a few minutes for the mirrors to de-fog on their own.

I'd ditch the run-flats, even if it meant going back to 15-inch wheels.

The Premium package doesn't seem to be worth the bother to me. The anthracite headliner and the mirror compass also seem like a waste.

Definitely falls into the "loaded" category, though!

I fitted non-runflats to my R56 and the difference is night and day. My wife now has the R56 and I drive an R58. If the suspension changes find their way into the R56 then the runflats aren't as bad. I will still be swapping for non-runflats, but I can live with the current setup until I do.

I don't care about the compass. It seems to keep getting added automatically when I added auto dimming rear view mirror with garage opener.

I need to cut some cost.

I don't care about the alarm but the park distance thing sounds useful.

I could possibly talk myself out of garage opener, but it's one more piece of clutter to add to the visor.

Leaning towards leatherette.

I have the heated mirrors now (I think) and I've never even figured out how to use them.

Sirius is built into Harman Kardon sound I assume?

I keep a Zippy on my sunroof almost all the time. I think I'd prefer to skip it this time.

Def get the Xenons!!

I have the comfort access now and its only good some of the time. I wish I could make the buttons on the door handles larger. Only great for starting the car.

Get the heated seats.

Don't feel bad piecing out a package rather then just getting a package unless you want everything in it.

Its ALOT cheaper to get stuff now then later. My car doesn't have HOMELINK or the rear fog and adding it will cost a fortune.

I think your config is missing the turbo I have the comfort access, not worth in my opinion, you also need to replace the batteries in the FOB every couple of years with it. The non comfort ones recharge themselves when in the ignition!

Xenon's are WELL worth it. My first set and I will never get a car without them again.

IIRC, when you get the alert that it is below 37F, they automatically come on. The other thought is that they come on with the rear defroster, but I am pretty sure when it is below the 37F they come on automatically. I have them on my '10 Justa, and there is no switch to turn them on.

Err I think that FOB thing is the comfort package? either way, the one where you dont need to have your key in the ignition, not worth to me!

Sounds pretty loaded to me.

Mine has leatherette, carbon black, Cold Weather Package (A must here in the North East), and rear fog lamp.

My 08 Cooper is loaded with everything but Nav. I want to upgrade to a Clubman but I haven't seen a non-S loaded like my car is. HIDs seem to be a rare option on non-s Clubmans.

I always find it interesting what some people love, and think of as essential, when others hate the very same options.

I think out of everything on the list, I'd cut the leather seats. They are a little pricey IMHO. I think the leatherette looks nice and cleans up even better.

I opted to go without the sport package, as I found the ride a little too stiff for me for a DD. The standard Mini still has a damn good suspension.
