Sure it is not the new coupe, or the countryman WRC car, or a GT Mini car, but they added a 2011 Mini Cooper s. The wheel is on the left side of the car so it is where fit should be :p, the interior is more detailed then past models in GT5. Still not as fast as the 05 mini cooper s in the game if fully modded, but that to be expected. It sounds great though. So if you have GT5 you should get this Dlc its $4 and you get the 2011 Mini cooper s, a Golf VI R 2010, VW Scirocco R 2010, and the new 2012 GTR.

You can see all the new cars, and run the demo without buying the DLC but, cant purchace the cars in the game.

Also with the new FREE update you get the Toyota 86 GT, and can buy more of them if you want.

 

My current GT-R is GT5 is tuned to over 800hp. Love it!! It totally kicks ***!!

I LOVE the new view how the camera bumps and rolls through corners with you. It feels a lot more refined IMO. My favorite car in the game still has to be a tuned s2000 or the stage II VW r32 that you can win....fully tuned and it's plain ridiculous.

 

I like the new 2011 MINI in the game but it still reads in KM/h. But the interior mood lights are in their. Plus white roof and bonnet stripes FTW!

 

I'm still waiting for a Clubman in GT5....

 

i wish they would let you add stripes and change color on certain parts to make it more personal.....just sayin

I tried to make my car in it i got close, the wheels are tad bit off but i got the red outline thing and black wheels, just not the same wheel. Also the stripes aren't the same, but still kinda cool. However i still love the 05 fully modded i have, it kicks ***. So damn fast. I need to fully mod that GTR though it is fast as is i can't wait to see how fast it is after mods.

Also that Toyota 86 is cool, i really like that car, not a great car in GT5 but it looks great. If i was in the market for a new car and a Mini was not an option for some unknown reason i would probably get the Subaru version of the Toyota 86. The one thing about that car i despise is the gauges, they look too cheap and 90s.

But ya i think it was $3.99 for the dlc for those that wanted to know.

Build a mini on GT5, tune it to produse the best lap times you can get, then set up an online race and put them all to the test on the ring.

 

F no on the Ring as the test track. Tsukuba is way better. Because lap times under a minute are considered fast.

 

Or Top Gear, because lest face it who doesn't drive top gear a lot to act as the stig.

I have an 05 Cooper s that i am not sure you can get one faster it is in the 300s for HP and hell it is fast. I have like 8 coopers in the game. WE should all get together one evening on GT5 and have a virtual rally. That would be fun.

 

I'd be down with a cooper rally some evening.

Also, theging, a fully modded GTR is ridiculous. GTR V with full tune is crazy fast

 

Ya i have the old Spec V fully modded I haven't had time to mod the new one yet. they are insanely fast, also the racing GTRs from the Last DLC are super fast as well.

 

How do you get on the test gear track with your own car? I can find it under the practice section.

 

You have to win the top gear VW van race, or get bronze on all the top gear races to unlock it.


It is under the special races. I beat the VW van race, it took a few hours but the key is to late brake that is really the only place you can take them and always draft them to maybe take on on the straight.
