No Advice
Wow, I am surprised that tons of people looked at this thread and I have no recommendations on what do while I am in there fixing the head.
Like replace the tensioner
water pump etc
valve guides
I can understand that they might not know of a shop in Milw, but no advice?????

I ended up finding a BMW Specialist that does plenty of work on MINI's through my local club, maybe that would be a good resource to look for (either a BMW shop or ask your MINI club)?
