New to Me 2010 R57 MCSC Questions

I just got my car on Friday with 17,000 miles. I have a coupe of questions.

1-When the top goes up, the motor really sounds lie it's straining. There a lot of whining going on. Is this normal?

2-I get a slight clunking from the driver's side doorjamb over city bumps. Is tho normal?

3-There's a vertical streak of grease in the middle of my driver's side window. I assume the dealer can dissemble the door and clean up the grease.

4-I can lower my top from the comfort access remote. Can one set the remote to raise the top?

5-And tonight the Tire Pressure Warning went on. (Yellow Triangle with an exclamation, correct?) I had the tires rotated today and a nail removed. I reset the warning, and it seemed to disappear off the tachometer area, but as I shut down the car I noticed on the Speedometer. I guess I'll check the tire pressures tomorrow, but presuming they're correct, is there some other calibration?

Thanks,

Larry

Yes what you are describing is normal
2-I get a slight clunking from the driver's side doorjamb over city bumps. Is tho normal?
I really dont know about that one. Its kinda hard to really understand how it sounds from just your description

3-There's a vertical streak of grease in the middle of my driver's side window. I assume the dealer can dissemble the door and clean up the grease.
If that is so then yes the dealer should be able to take the panel off and replace the door seal. I have seen that happen in other cars too and most likely the plastic door seal has fallen down in the door some how. Its a easy fix.
4-I can lower my top from the comfort access remote. Can one set the remote to raise the top?
Raising the top is the same way but just push and hold the lock button
5-And tonight the Tire Pressure Warning went on. (Yellow Triangle with an exclamation, correct?) I had the tires rotated today and a nail removed. It should go off if all the tire pressures are over 32 psi I think.

Thanks,
Your welcome
