Considering a JCW...

I've been thinking about picking up a JCW hardtop for a daily driver and occasional DS autocrosser since they were recently re-classed. I was surprised to learn that Mini dropped the mechanical LSD option.

Based on what I have read here, it looks like the LSD was never offered on the R56 JCW. Is that correct? This also has me wondering, how good is the EDLC/e-diff? Feedback on its effectiveness for autocross?

Looking at the stock class updates for 2012, do they offer anything for the Mini's? Will camber bolts be legal for R56's(are they mentioned in the shop manual)? Will a rear bar help? It seems like Minis already carry the inside rear in corners...

SCCA has really shuffled the JCW's around. B, C, now D.

Suspension changes beyond the shocks will knock you out of the stock class.
