Questions about BBS RG-R

I'm searching for new sets of rims that I'll use it on the track.

I've noticed that BBS RG-R has a spec for Mini:
17x7 pcd100 4holes et 38.

I did some search and found a guy who's selling the BBS RG-R.
But the thing is it's 17x7 pcd100 4holes but et30!
(I didn't even know they had et30 for the RG-R ... can't even find in at bbs-usa)

I did some calculation and I think it will fit but I wanted some opinions.
I'm hoping that et30 will clear the big brakes without any spacers.
What do you guys think?

Does anybody run big brake kits with BBS RG-Rs ?
Does anybody have 17x7 et30 on their car?

I'll be running with Bilstien PSS10s and Stoptech BBKs with AD08 215/40/17 tires.
Thanks in advance!

They will fit but you should run a 205/45/17 or the sidewall may poke out from the wheel arch.
