Opinions Please

Long story short, I'm getting a 2006 Pepper White MCS with 60K miles. I should have it in a week or so, my only question is "What do you guys think about these additions?"

--Craven Speed 17% Pulley

--Belt for pulley (duh)

--Aero Grill: top and bottom

--ULTRIK Cold Air Intake

--Rear Carbon fiber Strut Brace

--Hella 500 Driving Lights

I plan on ordering these soon, but before I do I would like some opinions about the parts. I've heard mixed feedback about the pulleys and intakes so I'm kind of unsure about what I should do. By the time summer rolls around, I plan on getting a 16 or 15% pulley so that way it wont turn so hot.
Otherwise, what are some things I should know?

I personally wouldn't want to change the pulley more than once. It's not *that* hard of a job, but it's tedious and time-consuming.

Yeah, I guess it all just depends on what exactly I have to do. I've read something about having to raise the engine like 3 inches? I hope not.

You Raise it every bit of 3 inches. Might be closer to 4-5. I did it a few weeks back (15% way motor works pulley) and while I don't remember exactly how far we raised the engine, it was enough to make me uncomfortable.

:( Meaning that I'm going to have to unbolt lots of things that should not be unbolted and move lots of things that should not be moved?

Aside from the pain in the *** of removing the wheel well, it's not really that many bolts. Unclip a few wire holders, remove a ground wire, remove upper pax engine mount bolt, remove lower engine mount bolt, loosen driver bolt, jack up engine, and follow pulley directions. That's overly simplified, but should give you a general idea. Look at the instructions on the Alta website for pictures. It's not really hard to do, but it's intimidating and I personally wouldn't want to do it twice. IMHO, lots to potentially go wrong.

Just read the Alta insructions.....Doesnt look to bad, does look like a pain in the **** though. I had to replace a modified flywheel in my motorcycle, which of course wasnt as big of an operation. But the only problem I would have with the MINI is that I need a place with solid ground, a jack and a pulley puller...All of which are mandatory. haha
