I installed the Cravenspeed short shift kit today and it's awesome. I'll be writing up a how-to in the next couple days. It's not much different than the other MINIs, though the All4 adds some pain to the process. And as an added bonus, it got my Whalen **** from my R53 into my R60, which is SO much better than the stock ****.

 

Awesome, was thinking about doing this to my R53. Looking forward to seeing your how-to.

We've installed a ton of short shifter kits and by far the Cravenspeed shifter is the best.

 

Have you put on a coupe yet? If so, any fitment issues?
