Okay, I've had my car since April this year (2011 MINI Countryman All4 S), and has been perusing the forum for a while (mostly under the countryman section). And I think our cars have missing features, not sure if that is just mine or a difference between the Canada vs. US models, particularly in the MINI Connected department.

1. Lack of A2DP support over Bluetooth (no Bluetooth option under External Devices).
2. Plugin option missing under Connected (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1zvp7D5KGtE)
3. Lack of Traffic info on the navi (I think this is definitely a US only option).
4. Missing phone # entries on Roadside assistance,Customer Relations and Your Service center under the Connected menu.

Is there anybody else here I can compare notes with before I contact the service center?
