R56 Sport Suspension

Hey guys,

Proud new owner of a 2012 MCS.
I ordered a sport suspension with it.

Dealer was not very knowledgeable as to what "sport suspension" really means. He mentioned stiffer shocks/springs and sway bar.
Catalog says shocks only.

What does the sport suspension include from the factory?

I want to buy Rear Sway Bar and Strut Tower Brace and x-link undercarriage. Will I be erring to buy this - being that I have sport suspension already?

Thanks in advance.

In terms of firmness and comparison to an aftermarket 19mm sway bar.. is it firmer?
In other words which aftermarket parts are worth going for on a 2012 MCS with Sport Suspension?
I searched forums but info seems to be buried, 12 pages of results.

That link only specifies strut types and track lengths.
In terms of aftermarket parts, which ones are worth going for on an MCS with a Sp suspension.

I searched the forums, but 12 pages of results and info seems to be buried. Is there any keywords in particular I should be searching for?

Thanks in advance.
Sorry if I'm annoying. :(

Forgive my ignorance..
The link shows performance suspension name, strut type. I don't see a mention of technicalities that specifically interest me.
I've tried searching the forums, and whereas I do not disagree that the answers are within, with about 12 pages of search results; I fear I am a bit overwhelmed.

Could you offer a specific keyword I should input into my search?

I have both in 2 different R-56 Mini's. The Sport Suspension on my 2011 MCS has an 18.6mm rear swaybar. The ride is way more harsh with the Sport Suspension.

I put a 19mm bar on my Justa Cooper and it handles pretty good for our daily driver, even with standard suspension.

I added a 22mm bar to the 2011MCS and installed it on the softest setting. The car really handles well!

Looking to upgrade the shocks to KONI-FSD's. I want to maintain the stock ride height so I don't drag bottom in my driveway.
