FMIC water fogger system...any thoughts and/or advice

So, I've been thinking of adding an FMIC water fogger system to my R56 MCS but I have yet to find any sort of instructions. I have a general sense of how I am going to go about doing this, with advice from more than one source. The thing i need the most with this system is something and somewhere to store the water. Let me know what you think!

I know this isn't answering your question directly, but have you already researched water/methanol injection to see if it meets your needs? True it's a bit more expensive, but in my opinion it will give you a lot more than what spraying fluids across your IC will give you.

I have looked it up and for now I am just going to stick with the spray, i know it's not too high-tech, but i already have most of the parts, i just need to finalize some details so i dont mess anything up. Plus, with my design, i am going to make it removable so i can upgrade to something else in the future...and i've heard it makes some cool looking fog out from under my car

That's cool, just wanted to give an opinion on what I'd do. But I really enjoy reading about people's DIY mods and this sounds like a fun one so good luck!

Thanks! It's gonna be fun with this upgrade. I was thinking of using the windshield washer fluid canister as the water canister because i dont really use my windshield washer fluid that often and I have rain-x on my windshield. I also clean it often so i think that may be my best choice instead of adding something to the engine bay or passenger side foot area
