Who's going? I see Alan Dahl is registered in his '95 Audi 90 Quattro. Since San Diego normally has very fast courses this could be an advantage. I also see that a Impreza in registered in HS. If this is the same driver that took 8th at Nationals I'm guessing he will give us a run for our money.....Should be fun, I know I'm looking forward to it. San Diego is a great City.

I understand the 98 Subaru Impreza is driven by Eric Kriemelmeyer, who was at ;east a top regional STS class driver from Maryland in a 99 IMpreza 2.5 RS in 1999.

Not sure which 98 Subaru Impreza model this one is in particular. I've only ever raced againt a Subaru Impreza Outback wagon.

I can't find weight and wheel/suspension info on it yet on the internet, but pictures of it make it look like a sedan. I want to be sure I know the 95 Audi Quattro's stock settings for impound!

I researched this vehicle last year after it won the Seattle Tour. They look pretty good. 172HP VR6, 15x7 wheels, Sport Suspension and AWD, not sure of the weight but I think I saw it m guessing around 3200lbs. Alan is a great driver so with a competitive attitude. He's tough to beat no matter what he drives. I think the MINI has an advantage on most courses but his Audi has a lot going for it. KONI's, Hoosier's and a strong V6......I've always thought this car should be placed in GS but that's for the SEB to decide.

Just got my ride back from the dealership where they correctly installed the SS+ springs (thanks again Chris). While there I added Koni adjustables to the front (now have them all the way around) and also switched out the front 25MM sway for a 23mm sway.

Test and tune this Sunday at the Local region on cold asphalt.

Looking forward to the drive down to San Diego and as usual all Mini drivers are invited over to the RV Saturday evening for wine, beer and Kristi's race burgers.

We'll be parked at Qualcomm Stadium and I hope to arrive no later than Thursday Noon for practice.

The run groups will be posted on monday, that will give you an idea about when the MINI's will be driving. Look for HS & GS under the Run/Work tab.

er...thanks Keith...meant leaving Thursday morning and will be there no later than Friday noon in time for practice.

The local AX Test and Tune was snowed out here in Utah yesterday, so I guess I'll be doing the tuning Friday in San Diego.
