I would love a 5 lug conversion.

I always wondered about a 5-lug conversion. Now I know that it's beyond my skill to reproduce.

That is an awesome job you did. BMW offers some of the better factory wheels. I run BMW factory LTW rims on my 95 M3 and they are very well built and pretty light weight. I have ran the same style wheels you put on your MINI on my M3 and to be honest I did not like the way they looked on that car but these look very cool on your MINI. In fact I think it is one of the better looks I have seen for the MINI in awhile.

Nice idea,
John

With the cutting and welding in the back I couldn't see many people who'd want to go through the hassle. I'm not sure I'd trust just any shop to get it all right either as it would be completely custom.

I do LOVE the look. Well done partsman (even though I think you're banned here ).

Well I know a few places here in Utah I would trust to do the cutting/welding so I wasnt worried about that portion, more just getting the other pieces that are custom lathed and machined for this.

Thanks but its not my car actually. I agree about the look though. I could honestly say those are in the top 5 of nicest rims to go on a cooper S.
