Does anyone know the part number of the Aux Input/USB mount from a 2009-2010? I have a 2007 and the aux input is mounted up under the dash. I noticed on the newer models that they moved the plug to a more convenient, front flush mount. I've looked for the part number and can't find it.

 

I have one that was removed during aftermarket headunit install.

Since you wanted a different socket location, I think you're looking for the piece that has the mounting hole for the socket. I would guess that the mounting hole is molded into the center console trim plastic, item #5, 6, or 7 in the following diagram. I don't own an R56 to check and someone else would have to verify.
