I just tried to go for a spin in the Mini, to bad my seatbelt wouldn't come out! Its like locked in the holder position. Whats the deal? I live in Duluth, MN and its cold here, could it be froozen? Is this a common problem?

Any solution to this? It sounds like the pre-tensioner locked up. Can you feed the belt back in or jiggle it. The belt should be loose until a high inertia stop and then it locks up.
