So sad for all the tornado victims this season. That pic really shows the power of these storms.

Hopefully the owner was able to find shelter and wasn't harmed at all.....

 

We had a member over at bimmerforums who lost his house in the Tuscaloosa tornado. The only thing left of the house was the walkway and steps to the front door. He, his roommates and dogs took shelter in a closet, then everything began to disintegrate around him and suddenly he saw light. When he woke up, he was 50 yards away from where the house was. Four people and two dogs went into that closet, and only three people made it out :( No one should have to go through that, and I hope no one here was in the path of the Joplin tornado or any other for that matter.

 

We think we own the world, till Nature flexes the muscles in it's little finger for a while. I was unlucky enough to be close to the epicenter of an earthquake (7.7 on the Richter scale) and lucky enough to walk away (literally) with all my parts intact, 20K people were very unlucky and over 200k were lucky enough to live with injuries.

Gives one a better perspective of life. My thoughts to the families who endured the recent spate of tornadoes.

Sad times. On a brighter note, it looks like the mini held up the best out of the three cars.

Yikes, you can't even tell if its a clubman or a cooper. My aunts and uncles are in Joplin helping out with the clean up.
