R50/53 Difference between (Canadian) 2004 MINI with Classic Pkg and

Can anyone tell me what the difference is between the Canadian 2004 MINI with Classic Pkg and a basic (no option) US model 2004 MINI Cooper?
Classic Auto Campus sells a front fog kit that's available for the US model Mini Cooper and I need to figure out if it will fit my Canadian MINI Classic. I know that the Classic already has the front fog light fuse and relay insalled (haven't had the opportunity to see if the appropriate wire harness might already be installed! - anyone out there know?).
