What's this piece called???

Today on my way home a bird flew into my 02 Mini S and stole part of this piece from my car, but karma took care of him because the truck behind me killed him (Again) I need to replace this part but I don't know what it's called, Nor how to get the rest of it off and the new one on. Just needing some help. Thanks everyone!!!

From realoem.com looks like it is a "Right Column A Cover."

Pull the door weather strip down and you will find the mounting screws for removing trim.

Those trim parts are usually replaced when windshields are replaced....the clips on the back tend to be useful for only one use.
When you buy the new piece, be sure to get both the clips, and the backed part...they are now foam...earlier ones were a bit different..failure to sandwich the soft backed part behind the new piece of trim will allow excess windnoise into the car...
