Hi everyone !

As you may have researched alot of people or starting or already using vinyl wraps to wrap there mini. I also want to do this but Ive seen alot of diffrent companies coming out with diffrent vinyl wrap. I was wondering if anyone know or can rate which wraps is more durable and reliable and best looking? Oh and another thing has anyone wrap there headlight housing i think its called the joey mod but instead of painting you wrapp it with vinyl wrap and instead of using the oven you can use the heat gun.

 

Oracal 975RA has a very large range of colors, and is of the same quality as 3M. It is also really shiny which is nice.
Don't wrap inside your headlights it won't stay on with the heat and other than that it will be really hard to apply to the complex curves.

 

Thanks ! If you rather choose which company you would use which one would you pick? basically im thinking using a dark carbon fiber color for the accent of the car and later later later on in the future viynl wrap my car in a lighter color than the dark carbon fiber

 

I love the look of the 3M D-Noc and it comes in 7 colors. Kinda pricey unless you buy a full roll.
The Hexis 30000 is great for wrapping and you can buy it by the yard from Hexis direct.
I would get a sample if I were you to see which one you like the looks of better.
I have never used the Oracal so I can't comment on it.
