EBC Redstuff pads. Anybody got em?

I want to buy the correct EBC Redstuff pads for my JCW Clubbie but I can't find the fronts for sale anywhere. Is anyone running these? If so What do you think and where did you get them? Any other options out there in use?

Way Motor Works is a vendor on NAM, he handles the redstuff and other EBC products.

Just looked on Way and didn't find any EBC pads for the R55 JCW cars.

EBC's are not yet available for Gen 2 JCW Mini's

I looked high and low. There is an EBC part number, but two different places checked and reported back they are not actually being shipped so far. I looked over on the English side too, and couldn't find them there either.

I concluded the only gen 2 JCW front pad choices are currently OEM, Carbotech and maybe Hawk. Since then another post said maybe Porterfield's too, but reported some questions on quality.

Rears are easy--they interchange with the S.

Thanks for the info. I was beginning to think I was crazy. Guess OEM and new sensors are in order.

Agreed...

if it is a DIY (or you otherwise pay), you might keep the backing shims off the OEM pads. The replacement OEM's will come with them, but at least Carbotech's don't. They may be valuable to you (or others) in the future. They are needed to get the pads to fit into the calipers without a lot of extra play--they wrap around the sides of the pad steel backing plates as you will see. Take a while to pry off carefully--there is some adhesive--but it's possible.

Wear sensor (mounted on the front left/ driver's side caliper only) is the same as S's at the part number level by the way if you have any problem locating that--I did an R56 S to JCW front conversion just last weekend so know that from field experience swapping it over. How I know this other stuff on the pads as well.
