I have a 2008 mini cooper s without any bonnet strips on the hood. I am want to find a place in the Washigton DC area that can do the same quality job as from the factory. Anyone here can recommend a quality custom shop in the DC area?

If all else fails, call some local sign shops. They use vinyl all day and should be able to handle it..

 

Agreed - or tint shops. I'm not local to you but both sign and tint shops have done great custom work for many NAMers in their respective locales. I say get out the yellow pages and give it a shot!

Otherwise, a personal favorite of mine is Aesthetic Creations. You will have to find someone to install locally (again, a tint or sign shop is good), or do it yourself (I've done my own more than once), but Mike does good custom work, albeit a little on the slow side.
