Last week I stumbled upon the auxilary input adjust volume. I turned it up, thinking it would make things better, now my music sounds distorted because it's too loud on the input side.

How in the world do I get back to that menu option to adjust it back down??? I can't find it in my owners manual anywhere.

When you have AUX selected there should be button (non nav unit) or a selction on the screen (NAV unit) that allows for volume adjustment.
