All4 torque steer real world experience and comparisons?

Looking for anyone who owns or extensively test drove an All4 with specific comparative experience to prior Mini's, especially the second gen "S" models. Haven't driven one yet myself. Own a 2010 R56 (MC) S. For that matter, I suppose torque steer in All4 vs. non All4 CM "S"'s
for that matter too.

What is the torque steer sensation, or lack of it, with the All4, compared to any of the S's (or JCW's). Putting aside the supposed 2011 software revision, at least in the JCW's, those of you who have driven or owned a prior Mini must know torque steer is really obvious. FWD longitutinal motor Audi's I have owned never had torque steer, so I didn't particularly factor that in when I bought a car with quattro for Tahoe winters. But, with the Mini torque dance, I'm wondering if it is a factor that is improved upon materially with the All4 even in everyday dry road driving. Still not clear to me completely, since it is a FWD based system at its core.

I haven't driven the CM enough to have direct experience yet, but in at least a few reviews I read the All4 had essentially no torque steer.

According to the C&D review;

"More important, ALL4 quells the gross torque steer that characterizes turbocharged Minis."

With the weight gain of CM, I imagine the torque steer with the S is likely minimal too.

I didn't feel any TQ steer on the the All4. But more surprising. I felt none on the 11 jcw hardtop. It's gone. I heard they remedied it and it felt like it.

weight gain has nothing to do with torque steer. It's all dependent on the lengths of each axle shaft.

And the fact that it is AWD and has the new program in it to eliminate torque steer from an ECU standpoint.
