Ordered my wheels!
I just wanted to say thanks to everyone who replied on my threads asking all sorts of questions.
After much consideration, I decided to go with a 17 x 7.5 Drag DR-44 wheel with an ET42 offset. At $115 I just couldn't beat it. I'd love to be able to get the real deal LMs one day, but that day isn't today. I opted for Hankook Ventus V12 215/45/17s as well. Tires were $103 each which I thought was pretty reasonable too.
I'm excited.

Great choice! I may purchase some v12s when I am in need of new tires. Please post some pics when you get them installed.

I did indeed buy them from Discount Tire Direct. I haven't had a chance to weight them yet so I can't say.

The car is still in storage (I don't know if winter will ever end where I am) but one day I really will take picture when they are mounted, along with all my suspension goodies. Oh boy...

Those do look very nice. I didn’t see Drag listed on the wheel-weight-alpha.pdf but a quick search revealed 15x7 is 16.7 pounds and 17x7.5 is 21.6 pounds…
