I went over a speed bump in my GP at the normal 1 mph and just as i got off it the run flat light came on which in the past has come and gone before but I drove 20 miles and pressed the reset thing and turned the car back on and now the run flat light has gone but i am left with a red !

I've not yet checked the tyres other than giving them a kick.

I guess I should check the tyre pressure? does anyone know what pressure they should be at? original type of tyres which came on it.

Look at the inside of the driver's door frame below the striker for the information panel.

 

Probably a nail or screw in the tire. Check tire pressure, if low have it looked at asap.
