Exhaust????

Well, here is a question. Hopefully somebody could help. How much of a difference in the clubman exhaust to the countryman, how much mods would have to be done for it to fit. Reason is that I know there is a milltek exhaust for the clubman and there are some similarities, and if I could modify it to fit the countryman I would jump on the project immediately. Any help appreciated

If the Milltek exhaust was at the right price, and the cans of the MT will fit up inside w/o rubbing or bumping on adjacent parts of the frame on the CM, I don't see why it couldn't be done.....

If not I would say a MT exhaust system for the CM should be out fairly soon anyways.

I don't believe it is the same layout...I was looking around the tips and the driver side tip area has a right bend vice having a muffler at the spot.

IF the cans are about the same size any fabricator can re-pipe the system adjust hangar locations keeping the same tips. So layout is not the problem. Sorta like building your own Magnaflow or Supersprint set up.

Just a matter of if the MT system he has is cheap enough to warrant this mod.

Eh, what's the point then, just get a custom setup. The beauty of the Milltek is the quality of the welds and design, start hacking it up and you ruin it. Save the money and go custom.
