When I start my car, there is a strange winding noise coming from the speedometer. It starts while the engine temp and fuel gauges are still hidden, and stops once they are in place. Does this mean my speedometer is going out or will need replacing? I am hoping this is will give me a valid reason to upgrade and retrofit the chrono pack.

 

are they vibrating before they come up?
