I know this has been discussed, and I'm not asking whether or not it will look good, but rather- Does anyone know if this 'factory' paint is a good enough match to use on the headlights? I'd also want to do the r50 fuel filler lid I am getting, too. Short of paying a body shop to paint these parts, is this my best option? I've thought about vinyl too, but it doesn't look like it's a very good match to Pure Silver. Thanks!

I am in the process of painting mine as well. It is just too cold at the moment. The paint he is offering is sure to be an exact match. I would recommend buying from Way. From what I learned from an experienced painter on this site, the clear coat is the most important step. I believe the autotouchup site has some good two part clear coats. That is what the "capt" recommended although I just bought their typical clear.
