Yes. I know we all rock out but what do y'all rock out to? I'm sure this has been asked before but I didn't see the thread and thought "Hey, I'll annoy everyone with this question!" Personally, I'm looking for some awesome music to drive to. I traded a GMC Acadia for my Clubbie so you can imagine how much rockin' went on in that thing...bahaha!
Depends on the location and traffic...
-On the interstate during heavy traffic when I'm mostly hiking between 4th and 5th, I go with Omen by The Prodigy
-On a highway or interstate in the country, it's usually Ready Steady Go by Paul Oakenfold. Cliche, I know, but it's fun. It also works really for for inner city traffic at night when I can hit 3rd gear for more than 10 seconds.
-At night in any rural setting, it's without a doubt When Things go wrong by Airwave
-On the way to work, it's usually some Immortal, Ov Hell or Dimmu Borgir to wake up with.
-Coming home from work, I usually switch over to Yoji Biomehanika or DJ Proteus
-No matter what, every paintball trip starts off with Ace of Spades by Motorhead
-When I DD, it's usually Seal because he apparently calms drunk people down (or makes them go to sleep).
-Long trips, I get a mix going that usually starts with some 1349 or Behemoth and switches over to Andy Blueman by the end. I make my mixes appropriately lengthed and tracked for each trip.
-If I have to go to Langley AFB, which is roughly never, it's the A-Team Theme song

I tend to queue up Bob Marley when it's warm, sunny, & breezy, sunroof wide open, windows down.
I lean towards The Doors & the Stones for weekend errands, but the Smashing Pumpkins are also a good weekend soundtrack.
For weekday driving I have a somewhat eclectic mixed playlist.

I love the classic rock station on Sirius. And when I really want to rock it, I put on (don't laugh) old Ac/Dc, old Scorpions, old Van Halen (only pre-1984), old Foreigner, Pearl Jam, or Nirvana. My other music selections totally depend on my mood and where I'm going.
Favorite Genres: vocal trance, ambient, chillout, lounge. I have 200+ CDs in my car at any one time.
I have every album released by the following unless noted:
Armin van Buuren, Paul van Dyk, Ivy, The Verve, Gary Numan (first 4 albums), Stars of the Lid, Ramstein, The Beatles (remastered box set), Nine Inch Nails, Moby, Thievery Corporation, Conjure One, Way Out West, Gorillaz, Hooverphonic, Pure Trance series, Ultra Trance series, Ultra Chilled series, Ultra Dance series, Best of Trance series, Frequent Flyer series... plus lots of miscellaneous albums.
It is best if I do not think too hard about how much I've spent on music.

Well. Gonna stand out of the crowd on this one.
Every Drive starts out with "Black Sheep" by The Clash at Demonhead (Cover of Black Sheep by Metric, by the actors from Scott Pilgrim Vs the World.) The actor who sings this version is MUCH better than Metric's singer.
The its Shuffle mode through everything on my iPhone. Genres like, Classic Rock, Modern Rock, Techno, Trance, Brit pop, one song I refer to as French Circus Techno, 4 Rap songs(including by not limited to, "White and Nerdy" by Wierd Al), Screamo, Heavy Metal (non-screamo, clearly), some Emo music, and last but not least some of the soundtrack songs from Halo.
