Does it seem strange that if a MCS is configured in White Silver/BlackRoof, that Black Lounge Leather is not an option? Green is the only Lounge Leather Choice?

Seems strange. Seems like Black Lounge Leather would be a normal and popular color for a WhiteSilver Mini. Or am I configuring something incorrectly?

 

It's the same with the Clubman... it is weird because black lounge leather seems like the best color match

 

Exactly! I saw many had read my post and no one responded. I was wondering if I was strange to wonder why black lounge isnt offered.

 

How many people have gone from here to the MINI USA configurator to try it out?

Check with your dealer. This is not the first time that the MINI configurator has said that you could not order an exterior/interior combo that was actually available. Even if it is not a "recommended" option, the dealer can order almost any combination. I'd bet that you can order it, since these two colors would go together very well. You could get the similar Black leather with white piping in combination with White Silver on the R52 Sidewalk Package in 2008... it looked beautiful.

 

Good point Sarafil. Just because the configurator says it ain't so...doesnt mean it ain't so

 

I sold MINIs for a while, and I remember there were a few really weird glitches on the site. One that I remember is that you could not select Black Cloth with Nightfire Red on a Cooper, but we ordered this several times with no problem. I think you'll be fine... and please post pics when you get it, I think it'll look great!
