Just got my 2011 Clubman with HK stereo, Connected and nav... Love the setup, but find that no matter what volume level the radio is at when I turn the car off, or whether the radio is off or left on, the volume is turned down to zero when I start it up again... Is this normal or are other folks not seeing this behavior? My 2010 had HK but no nav and retained it's last volume setting.

 

Check your settings on the computer using the left stalk. I believe there is s setting for start up for Mute or existing level at start up. I have not even had a chance to toggle through yet on my 2011. Dealers set up mine ahead of time based on a survey they sent me and i filled out regardign settigns preferrence. My car was ordered from the factory.

 

I've had mine since 30 December and haven't even began to start playing with the settings yet.
