Hello all,

I'm on the verge of ordering a 2011 JCW MCS....I last test drove a 2009 JCW, which had a weird clutch that engaged in the last 2 inches of travel. Can you tell me how your 2010 or 2011 JCW clutch feel compares?? This would be a big help to me as there are no 2011 JCW's locally for me to test drive...

It's not a JCW, but the clutch in my 2011 McS engages pretty late in the pedal's travel

 

I have 2010 JCW.

My clutch pedal has approximately 2-3 inches of slack (at the TOP of pedal travel) till I feel the pressure of the clutch engaging. If the clutch only engages at the LAST 2 INCHES of pedal travel, this sounds like an adjustment issue, that is way too much pedal travel!

My 2011 JCW engages late compared to all of my Miatas. I'm still getting used to it.
