Hi guys, I cut my exhaust today to fit the sports silencer from the JCW Tuning kit. My mini is a 2010 cooper s and the tuning kit exhaust i bought came from a 2007. I didn't know that the exhaust had changed through the years. Apparently the mounts changed from what I read. Is there any way to make it fit??? I really appreciate the help as I am freaking out since I already cut my oem exhaust and need to use my car in the morning. Thanks

 

I haven't heard about the mounts changing... the only thing i heard was the exhaust tips got shortened bc ppl were burning there legs on them... Interesting I will look into it... Maybe it's a matter of just buying mounts for an 07 and using those (im sry if this is a stupid idea I'm not a mechanic)

 

That could be a solution but I'm not a mechanic either lol so I don't know. I appreciate the help though! Thanks

 

Take it to an exhaust shop and have them make it fit.
