Acceleration problem with 04' MCS

Problem started a few months ago and wasn't a large issue now this problem is constant all the time.

Heres the run down.

Its a 2004 MCS with a Mini Madness intake and 15% pulley with 70k miles. Problem was not present after installing the intake/pulley but 3 years after.

Accelerating in any gear or load.
Vehicle starts to pick up then a massive loss of power (like if you fully lifted off the gas).
Then BAM power comes back on very harsh.
All during constant throttle input.

Now one thing I did find was cruising around 60mph up a hill at constant throttle the same problem would happen but on a smaller level about every 2 seconds and I could do this for as long as possible.

Idle is perfect, you can free rev it and revs to red line just fine.

Thanks for the help,

Dan

do a dyno run for A/F ratio

pull codes from obd port

have you tried resetting your ECU or throttle?

No faults are stored in the DME. Also I know if these cars run lean or rich it will set a CEL.

I have not don't a battery reset. I would be very sad to see this being fixed by doing one of those two things.
