Thanks Teena for the graphics. Please see the MINI5280 website for more information, especially the very important wish list provided by The Children's Hospital Foundation.

If you wish to have a copy of the Flyer and or Wish List
then PM to Rick or I and we will get it to you. That way you can share and distribute with your family and friends at work, and they too can contribute, MINI or not. Note that a MINI is not required to join this event.

Morning.
I'm curious as to what the Toy Run entails. What we'll be doing, generally, and how much time we should budget.
Also, why is the Broncos kickoff time is on the Toy Run flyer. Is that just an FYI, so people who want to see the game won't miss it?
Forgive the new-member question. I read all the material in the various places 5280 has Toy Run info posted and came up with nothing.
Thanks in advance!

Glad you asked - -
The Toy Run entails our merry little group gathering up unwrapped gifts and delivering them to the less fortunate children who are residents at Children's Hospital. Some fortunately will be coming home, some unfortunately may not.
In any case, we get a quick tour of the common areas and such at the Hospital. We do not go on the wards such as Oncology and so on. Some of us go early to give blood, another routine. The blood bank is right on premises.
Allow an hour to an hour and a half. The reason for the Broncos time is because we schedule our events so as not to compete, because we lose customers. It is a service we provide to put it there, so that pp know they can both go to Childrens and Give to others, and yet still make the game. My guess is a few pp will stop at the local dive and watch the game, however disappointing that may be, after Childrens.
Come on out, meet some folks, bring a few toys, and feel good about yourself.

Nice pictures Teena. I see the bag made the wagon, thank you very much for being my MINI wheels.

To bad I missed the troopers and R2D2, I can imagine the kids loved that too.
Always good to see MINI5280 giving to the Hospital, perhaps next year we will be in town.
