2008 MCS, outer section of rims do not match

2008 MCS, outer section of rims do not match
Hi all,
I noticed shortly after purchasing my 2008 MCS used, that the driver's side front wheel has a silver painted "outer" rim, that matches the center section (17" web spokes).
BUT, I see that on the other three rims this section has a brushed aluminum finish.
Did the web spokes at one time come with brushed aluminum outers and later one painted? I was thinking that maybe the previous owner bent the rim and had it replace, or curb rashed the crap out of it...
