H&R Street coilovers & ride height issue

With these coilovers on the R56, are you able to raise both front & rear to stock ride height? I purchased a used set especially to be able to raise and lower it when I want but it looks like the fronts won't go higher than what I would get with a 1.5" spring (H&R european version goes 1.5" on the front and 1" at the rear). I got it adjusted in an alignment shop and there's absolutely no gap on the top part of the wheel while the shock body is all the way raised. Is this normal?

I don't think mine will raise to stock... but I like them where they are.

If I remember correctly, yours should be the RSS. The specs says that it lowers from 1" to 2" on the fronts. In any case, I would like mine to be around 1.3" or 1.4" ride height, not close to 1.6" like I have now. I'm rubbing the bottom flaps on the JCW body kit each time I go through a roughness on the road.. :(

Yes...mine are the H&R RSS... not the sport. I have my fronts pretty much to the top and I put about a 1/2 to 1" rake to the rear so it look like my car is slightly higher in the back if you look at the car from the side. The rear coils still have more room for adjustment. But mine is also a R56.

That's almost exactly how it looks like on mine now. What was the color of your springs & the shock body? I wonder if the guy who sold the kit to me didn't know which model it was.. Mine has silver shocks and red springs, which I thought were the Street..
