Where can I find instructions on DOS noisemaker delete installation?

I ordered one but it came without instructions, and I'm having a hard time finding them on the ol' web. DOS doesn't have the instructions downloadable on their site, nor does Way Motor Works.

Thanks!

Hi Headlands,

If you ordered it from DoS, we email the instructions to you with your order confirmation. Let me know if you still need them at this time and we'll get you hooked-up.

I just got my noisemaker delete today and I don't see any installation instructions in my email.

I'm having a hell of a time getting that silicone over the plastic fitting on the car. Is there some kind of trick to it? I've tried lubing it with water… oil… nothing seems to help.

edit: tried boiling the silicone, too (after removing the plug, of course). just won't fit.

edit, edit: I ended up shoving the plug in the factory hose, and cutting it down to around the same size as the supplied silicone piece. Real tough to cut through, but it turned out real well, I think. The factory hose necks down a bit as it turns a corner, and that appears to seal around the plug at least as tightly as the silicone. Add one of the worm clips for security, and that thing ain't going anywhere.

Kevin,

Sorry that you had a hassle on this one. I just re-sent the shipping confirmation and instructions that I emailed you earlier this week.

If you ever have an issue like this in the future, just give me a call.

Was going to send an email, but didn't think you'd be working on a Saturday (and for some reason I had it in my head you were back east somewhere; normal business hours on that end of the country were about done) so I thought I'd ask around for tips first while I still had it all apart.

Ended up finding a solution similar to what someone else posted a while back in another thread, and then it was a non-issue. Worked out much better than I thought it would, actually.

Also, I wonder if maybe your first shipment notice with the installation instructions didn't get stuck in my spam folder. I got the one you just re-sent (and I still have the ones from the DoS intake order a couple months ago)… but no sign of the original. I'll have to pay more attention on my next order.

We're out in San Francisco. I never keep normal business hours as customers are never installing parts during that time. Any time between 8am and 10pm Pacific Time, I'm ready to answer questions.

I hate to see customers struggle at any level. You're a good customer that's been helpful to DoS. We just want to make sure that you're happy. We'll be getting an order of those CAI plugs in at the end of the month, I'll make sure that I send one to you.

It is awesome of you to do that, and I'm looking forward to trying it out.
Haven't dropped the baffle in the mail yet (incredibly busy around here lately), but it's on the to-do list.

Also, I must say that as far as stickers go, those ones in the package I received this weekend were pretty slick.
