Will paint headlight trim rings and taillight rings for free....

BUT, there is a catch.... here's the deal.

I need an extra set of headlight and taillight rings to paint for my mother's brand new MCS.

The problem is she lives in FL and when I go to visit next time, I'd like to have an already painted set of said trim rings. Once I get down there, I will pop off her brand new set and paint them whatever color you want.

So, this offer really only works for those of you that either...

a) have an extra set of trim rings. (which surprises me how many of ya'll do... bunch of wierdos... )

or

b) don't mind driving without your rings for about 2-3 weeks.

If anyone is interested, let me know, I'll paint them whatever color you'd like. We'll discuss more in detail later to keep the down time down to minimum.

Going in order of PM's.

Thanks,

Mark

Sorry, had to step out... hadn't had a chance to update. I received a PM from a fellow member who is offering me to "borrow" his trim pieces and return mom's new ones to him when I exchange them.

I offered to paint his new ones but he didn't seem interested. Perhaps I can at least rent them from him..lol.

If something changes, I'll be sure to let you know.

Thanks,

Mark

We charge 100 bucks for 4 trim rings.

Just wanted to publicly say THANK YOU to NAM member BamaCooperS for graciously allowing me to "borrow" a set of trim rings for my mother so I can paint them.

I'll be visiting her in the next few weeks and will swap hers off her car to return to him.

That was an extremely kind gesture and I just wanted to say THANK YOU.

I just replaced both my headlight trim rings on my '07 MC (no-wiper) because the "chrome" was chipping off of the originals. The car is still sitting at the dealership actually. I don't see why they couldn't give me the old rings back (provided they haven't already thrown them out).

You can have them. I am assuming of course that you'd be removing the chrome affect anyway. Let me know if you're interested.
