What color MINI is this?

I've noticed BMW using this color on their concepts and elsewhere. Why don't they offer a basic white?!? I'm all about white cars these days. Pepper White is too creamy for my tastes.

Really? I didn't know that. I dont see it on the MY11 Cooper Configurator. :-( I wonder if I could order it from the factory. I'd pay a small premium.

The MINI Countryman will be added to the MINIUSA configurator when it is available for ordering here. It has a different range of colors, being made in Austria, rather than UK.

Thanks. Do you think MINI would give me the option of using "Light White." I believe thats what its called. I know BMW has what is called an Individual program. I'm sure its pretty steep though.

Special color are always tough and expensive (dealers fear being stuck with a non standard color that lowers value/sale ability if you balk). However MINI does use a true white for the roofs so maybe you could see about that.

Also Pepper isn't to creamy but too spicy for your tastes.

I'm a white car enthusiast myself. I've got a 2010 Pepper White/Black Roof MINI S and a 2009 white Ford Flex.

Thus I've got Ivory White and "refrigerator" white side by side in my garage.

One good thing about the MINI's white - Ivory will show a little more depth after it's detailed. I like that. On the other hand, when I put a few layers of Zaino on the Flex it really glows.

Very clever! I didn't know thats what the roof was. I think you're right about it being spicy..lol Its not that I hate it. I just prefer a sharper white to my cars. :-) I'll just have to ask MINI if they could do the entire car in that color. I'm sure they'll come up with some BS excuse as to quality.
