Suspension Aftermarket lowering springs
Yes, it's normal for you to get negative camber when lowering. The most effected is the rear. You need to invest in some adjustable lower control arms for the rear. I went with the H-Sports. If you don't fix tge negative camber you will eventually wear the insides of your tires out.
Depending on how much you lowered the car and the year of your MCS, you might be able to adjust the rear camber to make it acceptable without aftermarket lower control arms.
I would suggest around -1.5 degrees camber to keep the inside edge from wearing too fast.
The 2005 and newer MCS have some adjustment on the rear lower control arms. However, if you lowered more than about 3/4" you probably cannot adjust out enough of the negative camber with the stock adjuster and will need a set of adjustable lower control arms. H-Sport (Hotchkis) and TSW are good arms.

The camber on your 03 MCS is not adjustable so there is not much the alignment shop can do to even out the camber side to side. Only the rear toe is adjustable.
Sounds like you will need to purchase adjustable lower rear control arms so that the rear camber can be adjusted.
